Options and benefits
When you order product and / or service in our studio you can be sure that we do our best to satisfy all your needs. We developed special options and benefits that customer will receive right away. Some of them necessary but usually it's just an act of being friendly and helpful to our customers. We will not charge for most of it and providing them to show how much we care about you and your business.

We will put our designed files in archive for 2 years. So if you will have some problems to find them (PC format, file loss, undoable changes on file) we always ready to send your files by email at no cost. |

Rush orders make schedule to be more tough so we recommend to do not waste your and our time with last moment designs. But in any case if you need rush we will help. 25% charge apply on all rush orders. |

Usually proofs for printing delivered in PDF format but if you need hard proofs just ask. For new customers one time "proof cost" charge will apply. |

Any artwork made in our studio will be delivered as a Print Ready. So you don't need any bleed correction or color adjustments. If for some reason you will need size, bleed, color adjustment basic changes on your files we will take care of it absolutely free. |

Design of the artwork include basic Photo Services. Free of charge. |

Usually design studio gives one file (psd, Indd, cdr, jpg). To addition we will provide you the pdf version too. It is more easier to email because of small file size. So you will not spend hours to send the huge psd file to print shop or your manager to approve the design.
